NPR's story on the Mendenhall glacier

NPR had a story on the Medenhall glacier. A photo-journalist took pictures of the glacier and compared them to those taken 60 years ago to illustrate the differences in shape, size, etc. due to global warming (NPR's Story). My wife and I visited the glacier on our cruise to Alaska this summer (see the pictures below). The glacier is in Juneau, the state capital, near the airport.
