Ok, my wife and I are going to the Peace Corps. Yes, the Peace Corps. We are leaving at the end of June for Jamaica. And yes, some luck 2-years in Jamaica. Almost too good to be true, right? Well, yes - but we did want to go to a non-English speaking country so we would be forced to learn a second language. We will have to learn Patois, the local dialect, however. This has been a long protracted decision. It started in October with the application and interview and the last 2 1/2 months we've been waiting to be medically cleared. We just went into contract on our house and we are beginning to pack. After we get back from our family vacation in the Carolinas, the last week of June we will close on our house, move out, sell our car, finish our last days at our jobs and tie up any other loose ends. Now that does not sound like fun, but we are welcoming help from anybody.
