Watch out for the radon
If you are selling your house in Ohio, watch out for that radon. The buyers had a radon inspection and unfortunately the results were not in our favor. Our house registered a 6.7 on average. The recommended level is 4.0 pCi/L or less. You may ask what is radon? Radon is a natural occurring radioactive carcinogenic gas. In fact, according to the surgeon general, it is the second leading cause of lung cancer and claims approximately 20,000 lives a year. For more info check out the EPA's radon website http://www.epa.gov/radon/index.html
