For the Jewish holidays, I made my first attempt at making challa - Jewish Egg Bread. We made it in our dutch oven and the first two loaves turned out alright. We had enough dough that we saved it for the following day. I wouldn't recommend it as the yeast was beginning to turn on us. So, the last two loaves were tough and not that good.
