Portia Concedes

After losing another seat, Sista P, the leader of the PNP has conceded the general election held Monday night. The JLP has a 32-28 seat lead and there are 3 seats still being recounted due to the narrowest of margins (under 200). However, these seats are being held by the PNP and any change in results would give the JLP a greater lead and thus the overall results will stay the same.
