For some reason the other day I woke up thinking about mayonnaise. Don't know why, just did. It could be because I had a dream about my brother BZ. He has always been a proponent of mayonnaise, not Miracle Whip, my preference. We grew up in a Miracle Whip household and were forbidden from having that "goy-naise" (traditional mayonnaise) in the fridge. After departing for college I continued to stay on the Miracle Whip track, but in my later years I have become indifferent and can live with either. My brother, on the other hand will not touch Miracle Whip and has tried to make me a convert. Even when he has come in town, I have had to buy the "real" stuff to please him. I suppose on a sandwich I could do either, but dipping fries, it's got to be mayonnaise.

interesting that go-naish was a collage thing all my kids came home wanting mayo not micacle whip which i grew up on a gandmas, wehad miracle whip heniz ketchp, lands o lake butter wonder bread jiff peanut butter -tuna of the sea tuna - downey fabic softner - now grandpa= listerine mouth wash-under arm was acholol-baby powder- when he moved out of his condo to go to the private home it took me and the woman i hired three hours to get the baby powder out of the lights,carpet, cupboards - now bubby she used ponds cream on her face every day than jergens hand lotion on her body, pressed powder on her face - kleneex in every dress, pocket, purse and you had to have your purse every where you went, even in your house , you had to carry that purse-now me as the third genaration·i cant spell- i use mircale whip, heinz ketchup- jiff peanut butter=lands of lakes butter- downey softner- yellow mustard=cherrioes- never know where my purse is- i have left it several places not in my home-oreos-ftranco american spagetti-jiff popcorn- well that is all today is FRAN AND RUTHS BIRTHDAY I DO MISS THEM BOTH LOVE AND AUNIT BEV
