No Change?

So let me get this straight. You operate and work in a business where all you deal with is cash, no credit cards, just cash, and, and, and you have no change? Interesting enough that happens quite often. Not only in the taxis, but also in cook shops, stores, etc. The rule of thumb is have exact change when you can and break your big bills, like your Nanny's and Manley's.
